More details about the new offerings are still under wraps. The THC-infused gummy edibles will be available to medical marijuana patients in Oklahoma, reports Exclaim!, and will come in 100 mg and 250 mg packs.
“Take a trip inside the brain of Wayne Coyne with cannabis-infused edibles crafted in Oklahoma,” notes the website, adding that those who subscribe to the wait list will receive exclusive launch updates.
But if brain-shaped gummies aren’t enough to make 4/20 a new favourite day, the bubble concert is set for the same day. The Flaming Lips will perform the American Head studio album in full at The Criterion in Oklahoma City.
“We are adding 29 MORE bubbles up in the balcony (around the edge of the balcony) please come if you can!!” Coyne writes on Instagram. “Gonna be so cool playing the entire album front to back.”
The concert may be a perfect time to check out the gummies, which NME reports will be available for sale. That is an option for the lucky few who have secured their seats given that, as noted on Coyne’s Instagram page, the concert is now sold out.
