THC Edibles Legally Shipped to You

Should I buy THC edibles?

Weed edibles offer a convenient option for cannabis users. They are available in a variety of flavors, strengths, and styles so that you can easily find the best THC edible for your lifestyle.

Marijuana edibles offer all the same benefits of other marijuana-based products, but many people prefer edibles for their exciting flavors, portability, and easy dosing method.

Edibles may be appropriate for replacing other medicinal marijuana use, but you should always make changes to your health regimen with guidance from a doctor.

Weed edibles may be appropriate for any cannabis users.  They may be the best option for elderly people who take cannabis daily because they can be easily added to meals or taken as a snack when needed.

Marijuana edibles help mask the strong flavor of the cannabis oil that is apparent in other THC products, like tinctures, pure oils, or concentrates.

This makes it more appealing for some users. Some edibles are made to be added as a topping to the meals you already eat, which helps you add THC without changing your routine.

At Overnight Kush, we offer THC edibles made with high-quality CO2 extracted cannabis oil.

We want to offer you the best, so we work to ensure that every product listed on our site is of superior quality.

Types of THC edibles

There are many different types of edible cannabis products that will help you get a tasty and easy dose of THC. At Overnight Kush, we provide you with a great selection of premium products:

  • Gummies: THC gummies are one of the most popular choices because they are full of flavor and easy to transport. Many people treat them like “gummy vitamins,” using them first thing in the morning and throughout the day to get their cannabis dose.
  • Candies: THC Candies are a tasty way to easily dose throughout the day. Many people love these because they are individually wrapped for easy travel and really mask the hemp flavor of cannabidiol.
  • THC Caramels are a huge fan favorite in our collective. They are delicious, melt in your mouth, and have proven to deliver effects the fastest as an edible due to its consistency.
  •

    THC edible strengths

What makes THC edibles a very popular way of consuming cannabis, is that they can be made in a variety of strengths which can be accurately measured for desired effects.  For instance,  if you created a routine where you would like to consume a specific amount of THC before bedtime or for another purpose,  edibles are a very fitting option as opposed to smoking or vaping.  Our edibles start at very low doses which are 10mg, and can get as high as 50mg doses.  How you decided to fit them into your routine is purely up to you. Some of our smaller strengths can be found in our THC gummies that start at 10mg per piece, and the Paradise hard candy singles are one of our strongest edibles delivering 50mg per dose.

How do I figure out what dose is right for me?

Edibles come in a range of strengths, which makes them appropriate for all recreational cannabis users. People who prefer small or large doses can easily find a THC edible for them.

Many people buy individually wrapped THC edibles in small doses so that they can stack them as needed throughout the day.

Others prefer to buy highly potent edibles and break them into smaller doses.

It’s important to note that you should choose your edible wisely depending on how specific you need your dose to be.

For instance, if you take 10 mg of THC, you probably shouldn’t buy a 50mg candy if you are trying to cut it into precise measurements.

Instead, look for a 10mg THC candy to help you get an exact dose. If you are okay with a “roundabout” dose, breaking down larger edibles is fine.

When choosing a THC edible dose, you should talk to your doctor. Dosing ranges widely based on many personal lifestyle and health factors.

The recommended dose could be anywhere from 1-6mg per 10 pounds of body weight. It is always best to adjust your cannabis dose under your doctor’s guidance.

How long do THC edibles take to work?

All cannabis edibles are different than many other forms of cannabis because they must be metabolized before entering the bloodstream.

This means that they need to pass through the digestion process. As a result, this is not the most direct dosing method.

THC edibles could take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours to start working.

The amount of time changed based on what else you've eaten, your metabolic rate, body weight, and other personal factors.

However, edibles often last longer than other forms of cannabis products because they are metabolized slower by the body.

This makes them convenient for people who need a steady supply of THC to help manage their conditions.

What should I do if I ate too much edibles?

All of our bodies are different in the way they metabolize THC.  There will be times where you don't know your bodies limit with edibles, and you may bite off more than you can chew, literally speaking.  A fatal overdose eating marijuana edibles has never been documented, and is very unlikely.

If you do overdo it, the best treatment doesn’t involve medicine. If you think you’ve eaten too many edibles, the first thing to do is remember not to panic. It is best to lie down, eat something light, drink water, and take whatever measures possible to achieve a more comfortable body state. Adjust lighting and noise levels; take a relaxing, temperature-appropriate shower. Maybe change your clothing into something a bit more comfortable. Some people find it useful to simply tell themselves it will all be over soon.

First, and most importantly, talk yourself down. You are not going to stop breathing and you are not going to die.  Try to take your mind off it. Watch television for the distraction, or lie down and take a nap.  For a non-medical remedy, we can recommend Will Ferrell movies. Watch two and then try to fall asleep.

If you can’t ride out the high and you must do something, consider consuming some CBD. CBD has been shown to lessen the effects of THC and is also reported to help alleviate anxiety as well.

To prevent not getting higher than your expected limit,  remember that you can always start at a low dose and work your way up.  And give it about 20-30min after consuming a dose before determining whether or not you should take more.

Here are a few pointers based on anecdotal evidence and some research.  Remember, these are tips to possibly help reduce the effects and not entirely eliminate them:

    • Take a nap. Sleeping can help you relax if your high has you feeling anxious or paranoid. It also gives your body time to process and eliminate the cannabis. You’ll likely wake up feeling refreshed and more alert after a few winks.
    • Try some black pepper. There’s some evidence that caryophyllene, a compound in peppercorn, increases the sedative effects of THC, which could calm you. Just take a container of black pepper and have a sniff without inhaling it. Chewing on a couple of whole peppercorns also works.
    • Eat some pine nuts. Some research shows that pinene, a compound in pine nuts, has a calming effect and improves clarity. Skip this method if you have a tree nut allergy, though.
    • Try some CBD. Yep, it may sound counterintuitive, but CBD may counteract the effects of THC. Like THC, cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabinoid. The difference is the receptors in your brain that they interact with. THC causes the high you get from cannabis, but CBD has a calming effect that may help dull your high.
    • Have some lemon peel. Lemons, especially the peel, contain compounds that have a calming effect. In theory, ingesting some lemon peel could counteract some of the psychoactive effects of THC and help you come down. Try steeping some in hot water for a few minutes, then remove them and take some sips.

What should I look for on a cannabis edible label?

There can be a lot of information found on the label of a THC edible product.  One of the main components to pay attention to if you're looking to consume at a controlled dose, is simply how many milligrams of THC per dose the product delivers.  It is one of the main spotlights on the product.  Make sure not to mistake the per dose rating for the total amount of THC that is in the product, which can also be included on the label.  Remember, you can always start low and work your way up!

How long does the effect of a cannabis edible last?

How long the effects of being high lasts depends on how much you consume.

Your digestive system metabolizes pot when you eat it, which can take a while. The effects of edibles usually peak around 2 hours after consumption and can last up to a few hours to several hours at most.

Can THC gummies be used for my stress?

All of the THC products that are in our store, including THC gummies, are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any condition or ailment.

THC in any form is used by many people for different purposes. Weed gummies serve as a great daily treat and can give a sense of calm or "chill", help with focus, and promote a stress-free lifestyle.

If you're reading this, then you probably already know the things THC can do for the body!

Can THC edibles help with pain?

All edibles found on Overnight Kush are not designed to treat or cure any medical conditions.

However, many customers take cannabis to promote a mellow and relaxing vibe.

It's also important to remember that your experience with THC edibles might be different than others, and you may not know if it works for you until you try it.

How can cannabis edibles help me sleep?

As mentioned, any of the CBD products we carry are not intended to cure or treat any medical disorders or conditions.

As our community grows, one of the most common feedback we've received in reviews has been how CBD edibles have promoted healthier sleep cycles.

Are there options other than Marijuana edibles?

While THC gummies and other edibles are enjoyable for many of our customers, there are plenty of other options for consuming cannabis.

A majority of our community has chosen to simply buy THC oil and use it as part of their daily lifestyle.

What if Weed Edibles are not legal in my state?

If you're unable to get access to weed edibles due to certain laws in your state,  you should consider trying CBD edibles.

Our own house brand, Vida Optima, offers a full selection of full-spectrum CBD edibles, including unique formulations designed for daily use. The Vida Optima CBD Gummies, for instance, offer a potent dose of premium CBD mixed with essential vitamins chosen to optimize your daily life.

CBD products usually contain all cannabinoids of the cannabis plant, except for THC.

Although these products may not induce psychoactive effects or get you "high",  taking CBD can still deliver euphoric and calming effects to help with mental stresses.
